We support the following applications:
For PC: Corel Draw 11, Photoshop CS2, Illustrator CS2, InDesign CS2.
For Mac: Corel Draw 10, Photoshop CS, and Quark Xpress 6.

Preferred file types:
All files at half size of graphic requested, need to be 300 dpi or higher. All files at full size of graphic requested, need to be 150 dpi or higher.

Corel Draw 11 (for PC) and Corel 10 (for Mac): (.cdr) - Be sure to convert all type to outlines in Corel and include all embedded images or fonts with your file. By doing this, you will eliminated any possibility of font conflict.

Adobe Photoshop CS2 (for PC) and Photoshop CS (for Mac): (.psd) Files can be saved as EPS, JPG (use highest quality settings for jpeg), TIF or Photoshop native format. If file needs to be resized, please make sure that the file is layered and all image used are as specified at the top.

Adobe Illustrator CS2 (for PC): Be sure to convert all type to outlines and include embedded images on disk. Embedded images should be Photoshop CMYK TIFF files at no less than 150 dpi.

Adobe InDesign CS2 (for PC): All bitmap images should be Photoshop CMYK TIFF files at no less than 150 dpi. Include all fonts and embedded image files. Convert all type to outlines in embedded Illustrator files

Quark Xpress 6 (for Mac): (.qxd) - All bitmap images should be Photoshop CMYK TIFF files at no less than 150 dpi. Include all fonts and embedded image files. Convert all type to outlines in embedded Illustrator files.
