Have Artwork?
Send it to us. Once you have the right file type ready to send (please refer to the Graphic File Specs below), get to us quickly through uploading to our secure FTP site, just call for a password and directions. Mailing a CD is another option. With the artwork our graphic professionals are able to edit files to fit any size specifications and e-mail you a proof, at no extra charge. Approve the proof. After the proof has been approved graphics will be printed and shipped within 48 hours.

Visit our image gallery. We offer an array of images to customize with products and text of your choosing. Contact one of our graphics professional to assist in putting together artwork that will fit your specific needs. Once the artwork has been created a proof will be e-mailed to you for review. Approve the proof. After the proof has been approved graphics will be printed and shipped within 48 hours.

We support the following applications:
For PC: Corel Draw X4, Photoshop CS3, and InDesign CS3. For Mac: Photoshop CS3 & InDesign CS3
Preferred file types:
All files at half size of graphic requested, need to be 300 dpi or higher. All files at full size of graphic requested, need to be 150 dpi or higher.
Corel Draw X4 (for PC): (.cdr) - Be sure to convert all type to outlines in Corel and include all embedded images or fonts with your file. By doing this, you will eliminated any possibility of font conflict.
Adobe Photoshop CS3 (for PC and Mac) : (.psd) Files can be saved as EPS, JPG (use highest quality settings for jpeg), TIF or Photoshop native format. If file needs to be resized, please make sure that the file is layered and all image used are as specified at the top.
Adobe Illustrator CS3 (for PC and Mac): Be sure to convert all type to outlines and include embedded images on disk. Embedded images should be Photoshop CMYK TIFF files at no less than 150 dpi.
Adobe InDesign CS3 (for PC and Mac): All bitmap images should be Photoshop CMYK TIFF files at no less than 150 dpi. Include all fonts and embedded image files. Convert all type to outlines in embedded Illustrator files

PRINTING
With the latest in printing technology, we are able to print just about any graphic needs you have. These wide-format, digital printers are able to print on transparency film, vinyl banner material, as well as professional poster papers. Kodak media and inks are standard for printing our graphics. Special UV protected Kodak inks are used on our outdoor graphics. Lamination and mounting to ultraboard, gatorboard and an eco-friendly board are also available. We print all of the standard size graphics, as well as any custom size that you might need.
SHIPPING
We are able to ship via Fed Ex, UPS or US Postal. Most artwork is shipped within 48 hours of the date it was approved via our primary shipping method of UPS Ground. Next day or 2nd day delivery is a good option for shipments that need to be done in a rush.
For international packages we suggest either using Fed Ex or UPS because of the better services available for tracking them. These two shipping providers also have a larger number of countries they are able to deliver to over the other shipping providers.
Shipping with your Fed Ex or UPS number is also an option instead paying for shipping costs through our account numbers.
If you provide us with an email address, we will always send you shipping and delivery confirmation emails for each package.
PACKAGING
Every graphic package is shipped in a hard corrugated cardboard tube, wrapped in our signature blue Kraft-care paper. A pair of complimentary cotton gloves is included in each package. These gloves should be used when handling the graphics to eliminate fingerprints and scratches.
If for some reason when the package is delivered, there is damage to it or the graphics, please call us immediately.
